So, recently i was able to talk to Dr. Steele again about the student handbook, and my presentation the other week. For the most part she seems pleased with my work, and spare a handful of final revisions i should be able to turn over a copy of the handbook within the next week. As she told me the department would take responsibility for finishing it, and filling in the remaining gaps and sections specific faculty members originally wish to compose themselves.
Today i believe i will meet with Dr. Wible around 2:30 to begin work on the website, should i be able to get that out of my way a bit earlier then the night before it is due that should help keep me sane.

Ya know... beginning work on the web portfolio early is not such a bad idea! LoL... though, I am sure that I will still be finishing it up to minutes before it is due. Are you using DreamWeaver or SeaMonkey? I personally loathe DreamWeaver...
Oh I'm sure I'll be in the same boat about finishing my project minutes before it's due. I had (as always) the best intentions of starting it this weekend. But, as I was obviously not in the computer lab with Dr. Wible today, I have not started. But my goal is Thursday. I will be at the computer lab Thursday because goodness knows that I will need help with the technology side of things.
I have regained a little bit of my sanity, as I have finally figured out how to make my documents into PDF files! Duh, me.
Once you get started it is easy to get on a roll with it--knocking out big chunks at a time really reduces the likelihood of nervous breakdowns between all of the other things we have due for our classes. Good luck!
I've found it easiest to knock it out in pieces. I have multiple sections and I try to just work on one section a day, or two small sections. It keeps my brain from numbing too much. Good luck on the portfolio!
